Whether you need acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, affirmations, or other common notarial acts, I ensure your documents are properly notarized with attention to legal standards and privacy. My goal is to make the notarization process smooth, accurate, and convenient.
Specialty Notary Services (Loan Signing)
I specialize in loan signings, making sure all documents are signed properly and returned on time. I work with buyers, sellers, and lenders to help complete real estate closings. I’ll walk you through the documents and make the process easy and stress-free.
Bookkeeping Clean-up
If your books need to be organized, I’ll review and reconcile your company’s records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Bookkeeping Ongoing Support
As a monthly, ongoing service, I’ll download and categorize company monthly transactions into QuickBooks. I’ll email a monthly financial statement to you so you can see how things look. We’ll have monthly correspondence regarding financial status, and I’ll serve as a liaison between you and your accountant throughout the year.
